e are officials in Delaware’s Court of Chancery, THE pre-eminent court for business litigation. It’s a demanding job with real-time, daily-copy oral arguments and trials routinely. (All bench trials! Yay!) A CRR is required, RMR preferred.
The salary is okay, the benefits are fantastic, and the transcript income is worth the move. Our judges appreciate our team for the gold standard we are. We’re Eclipse users with two in-house scopists to assist us with the workload. We are a close-knit,
flexible, and highly functional TEAM. Our rotation ensures everyone gets assigned work equally. We work at communicating with each other to ensure everyone feels heard and respected. No mean girls or boys need apply; we don’t do that here. Everyone
