Cynthia’s favorite part of her position is outreach: turning on the light bulb for someone who knows nothing about court reporting or the profession, or talking to counselors and helping them understand how to describe the profession and all that it offers. She also enjoys celebrating the accomplishments of the students she has met while at NCRA. For fun, she loves spending time with family and friends; instead of planning long vacations, they take advantage of quick getaways. The most important thing she’s learned is that the more things change, the more they stay the same … but they do change.
