As a Court Reporter for the State of Indiana Workers Compensation Board, you will be responsible for the maintenance and filing of court documents and records. You will conduct hearing members and all parties for the purpose of scheduling hearings. You must have the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and be able to travel within assigned areas.
Hearing locations will be in Elkhart, South Bend, Valparaiso, and LaPorte. You will work from home until the day of the hearings. On the day of the hearing, you will be required travel to either the courthouse, public library or other government building where the hearing is being conducted. You will be required to travel to the central office in Indianapolis for Worker's Compensation Board to exchange files and gather supplies as needed.
