Cancellation policy

Please send all cancellation requests to meetings@ncra.org.
Cancellations requested between April 9 and May 18, 2025, will incur a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations requested between May 19 through June 25, 2025, will incur a fee of 50 percent of the registration fee.
NCRA will not be able to issue any refunds after June 26, 2025.
