In this session, we will explore options available across different platforms such as Adobe Reader, Standard, Pro, and other non-Adobe products to understand what is in and out of our realm of control when sending and receiving PDF data. We will also explore key legal needs such as bates stamping, adding headers and footers, OCRing files, and adding bookmarks. We will further look at using the action wizard to create and execute recurring tasks. Even if you do not use Acrobat branded PDF software, these concepts will still be applicable in other platforms such as Kofax (formerly Nuance).
