Keith Lemons is a retired freelance court reporter, former firm owner, and official court reporter with more than 40 years of experience. He retired in 2020 from Cleeton Davis Court Reporters in Nash­ville, Tenn. Lemons holds the nationally recognized profes­sional certifications of Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) and Certified Realtime Reporter (CRR). He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Professional Reporters (FAPR).

At the national level, Lemons served as an NCRA Direc­tors for three years, as well as Vice President, and President-Elect before becoming President. He is also a past chair of NCRA’s Scopists Task Force and served on the Association’s Constitution & Bylaws, Technology, and Realtime Systems Administrator committees. He has been a contributor to the JCR magazine for many years. He has also served as a presenter at the national and state levels.

At the state level, Lemons is a past president of the Wyoming Association of Shorthand Reporters and the Tennessee Court Reporters Association.
