The State of the Nation Activities Report (SONAR) is a data bank, comprised of extensive information from NCRA affiliated state associations, that is valuable to NCRA staff, the NCRA Board of Directors, and NCRA state leaders when dealing with state and national legislative issues. This report assists NCRA members in navigating the legislative and regulatory issues most relevant to the court reporting, captioning, legal videography, and associated legal professions.
NCRA members may use SONAR for many purposes, including gaining a better understanding of NCRA affiliated state associations, their members, and the legislative concerns that impact the professions in those states. Lastly, this data bank may also be used as a tool to allow NCRA members and the NCRA Board of Directors to interact with one another more effectively and to provide a complete picture of the most pressing issues affecting our members.
