NOTE: *Written Knowledge Tests have 120 questions but only 100 are used to calculate a candidate's official score. The other 20 questions are new questions that are being tested to capture metrics on their validity. This does not apply to the CRC Written Knowledge Test, which is 50 questions that are all graded.

Test where you prefer – NCRA WKTs are given with the option to test online from any location you choose, or you can schedule to test online at a Pearson VUE Test Center near you.
Written Knowledge Tests are administered through Pearson VUE’s OnVUE online proctoring or online at a Pearson VUE Test Center. Please visit www.pearsonvue.com/ncra for complete details.

Written Knowledge Test policy
All WKT candidates are required to sign the following disclaimer prior to taking their written knowledge test:
This test is confidential and is protected by trade secret law. It is made available to you, the examinee, solely for the purpose of becoming certified in the technical area referenced in the title of this test. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting this test, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose without the prior express written permission of NCRA.
Test results
After the test, you will receive a preliminary Pass/Fail and a score report letting you know how you tested in each domain/area. Official scores are emailed within 2-4 weeks of the close of the testing window. We cannot expedite any test results.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations should be sent to testing@ncra.org using the WKT cancellation form no later than the last day of the testing period for which you registered to consider a refund. NCRA will retain a $35 processing fee for all cancellations. If you do not contact NCRA by the last day of the testing period for which you registered, your testing fee will be forfeited. You must also contact Pearson VUE to cancel any scheduled appointment(s), otherwise you will be assessed an additional $65 cancellation fee for each no-show.
